Participants Will Learn:

  • Myths & facts about suicide

  • Recognize signs someone may be thinking about suicide

  • How to ask Questions to assess the situation

  • How to Persuade the person to stay alive long enough to get help

  • How to Refer them to a professional for help to get them through the crisis and treat any underlying mental illness

Flu shots now available for our patients at both locations

It’s that time of year again. We now have influenza vaccines available for all our patients in Salem and our new location in Silverton. As in past years, you may walk-in anytime we are open or we can get it done during an upcoming appointment. We are happy to accommodate siblings as well during office visits. Our goal is to vaccinate our patients!

This year will also be similar as last year as we will only be offering the injectable influenza vaccine. While the nasal vaccine did get relicensed our providers wanted to see more proof that it will work similarly to the injectable vaccine.

UPDATE: We are set to open Monday 8/13 and will start seeing patients at our new location. To schedule just call our regular office number!

In partnership with Legacy Silverton Hospital, we will be opening a satellite office in August bringing pediatrics to the Silverton community. We plan to have two providers along with a member of our Behavior Health team working there each day rotating with our main Salem location. All scheduling and administrative operations will remain at our Salem location. You can schedule with us using our same main phone number at (503) 364-2181. Most of our services will be offered there, same as our main location. Renovations of the space are now underway and we look forward to opening soon.
