If your child/adolescent has insurance with Providence, PLEASE make sure to bring your NEW 2026 insurance member card with you for the first visit of 2026. Providence has changed some member numbers and your old card may NOT have the correct member number. Failure to bring in the new card could result in a delay in our ability to bill Providence and in you being responsible for the charges.
