Thank you to all who took the time to fill out the CAPHS email survey this fall! Your responses will help to guide our improvement projects over the next 1-2 years. We heard some wonderful compliments and feedback that will help us to understand what is most important to our patients. Below are a sampling of comments from the survey that highlight some of the issues we will be working on this year, including access to primary care providers, decreasing the amount of time that you wait in the office.

"I think you all at Child Hood Health do an amazing job at caring for your patients and their families. I think the wait times are sometimes long but I really think you all do amazing at making sure were cared for. I do think the waiting area needs to be bigger. Thank you for all you do.”
"Sometimes the wait is longer But the providers are thorough and it's not unbearable."
"Unless one calls months in advance for routine check up one has to wait weeks for apt and at not ideal times (school hours) with primary doctor”
"I really love the providers in this office, they make us feel valued, listened to, and understood. They seem to really care about us and our kids. I think the providers often seem to be most on top of the situation and sometimes less so with the nursing staff and front desk staff. I appreciate the office environment and the books provided at the appointment for us to take home. It would be helpful to get reminders for immunizations or to make appointments for well child visits.”
