United surprised us with re-engaging us in contract negotiations and agreeing to reasonable terms. Just this morning we have signed the contract and will be sending to United so that it can be effective by January 1st. We apologize for any distress this decision had previously caused. The terms of the contract were fair and competitive with other similar contracts in the area. We hope this is a start of improved relationship between our clinic and United.
