Secure Patient Portal is a benefit that allows secure communication between our families and our clinic using an encrypted web site. There is no cost for this service.

Some of the things you can accomplish with this new solution include:
- Request appointments with our schedulers
- Request prescription renewals from our clinical staff
- Pay your bill online with the bookkeeping office
- Ask a doctor/nurse/biller your questions
In addition we can communicate with you via email and the portal for things like:
- Periodic clinic newsletters
- Other important practice or healthcare information (new changes in our practice, flu shot clinics, etc.)
- Periodic health reminders (due for vaccines or checkups) [coming soon]
We recommend using this only for non urgent questions. For urgent health questions please call our office at (503) 364-2181.

How do I get started?
Just call our office or register at front desk next time you are in the office. We just need an email address to get you registered. An invitation email will be sent to you for registration. If you give us an email on registration materials you fill out at the office you will also receive an invitation email. If you are not interested in this service just delete invitation email.
Who can sign up?
Access is given to the same person who is in charge of the patient’s private health information. For patients less than 15 years old that would be parent or other primary caregiver. If there are multiple patients in the same family the accounts can be easily linked together for quicker access.
Make sure you register your email correctly with the site so you will receive notification of new message, and any password changes you’ve made.
Why can’t I see any of my child’s health information?
Currently the integration with our electronic health records allow for secure messaging only. We anticipate more features including a patient health record that will more closely integrate with your child’s health record.
