Upcoming School Exclusion Day

After February 16th, children who have been determined to be behind in immunizations will be excluded from school. Don’t let that happen to your child! If you have received one of those letters from your child’s school, let us know and we can get your child in for the needed immunizations. Protect your child, and protect his/her classmates!

If you didn’t receive a letter, but have questions about whether or not your child needs immunizations, please feel free to ask us. We encourage you to sign up for a Patient Portal account as that is a perfect way to ask non-urgent questions in a secure manner.
