New appointment reminder system

We are proud to announce we have begun using a new automated call reminder system. It will leave a brief message reminding your family of an upcoming appointment. The message will give you first name of patient as well as date and time of appointment. Messages will be bilingual to accommodate our large hispanic population.

The big change is the system will now call you *TWO* days prior to your appointment. We hope this will give you more time to change plans if needed or reschedule with us. Make sure you listen to the whole message so that you will hear the appointment time.
