My Health Online now available

telephone iconSecure messaging and other services is now available from our web site. Direct communication between yourself and doctors and staff of our clinic. This service is provided at no cost. Other features include viewing upcoming appointments, request appointments, request prescription refills, change your address, and request medical records.

Fill out a short form at out office and we will then mail log in information to you shortly after. To best protect health information we are only signing up in person at the office.
