My Health Online

Your Health Online is a new benefit that allows secure access to portions of your medical record online using an encrypted web site. All it requires is internet access and Internet Explorer browser.

Features include:

  • Secure messaging with providers and staff of Childhood Health Associates of Salem using the internet. Nonurgent health questions can be answered without you having to pick up the phone. All communication is made by logging in to an encrypted web site rather than email.
  • View upcoming appointments and request an appointment.
  • Request a prescription refill.
  • View diagnosis for recent office visits.
  • View recent weight, height, and other measures from recent office visits.
  • View lab results.
  • Request records

We recommend using this only for non urgent questions. For urgent health questions please call our office at (503) 364-2181. If you have questions about this service or need to have your password reset just use contact link at the top of the page.

How do I get started?

Just fill out a form next time you are in our office and leave with staff member at front desk or nurse. You will receive login information and password in the mail. To best protect patient privacy we are not currently configured for electronic registrations on our web site.

Who can sign up?

Access is given to the same person who is in charge of the patient’s private health information. For patients less than 15 years old that would be parent or other primary caregiver. If there are multiple patients in the same family they can be included on a single family account. If parents are not in the same household, separate accounts can be created, linking to the same children. For patients 15 and older accounts will be set up for patient themselves.

Tips and Tricks

Currently the system is only compatible with Internet Explorer on Windows. Other browsers can view information but messaging to our office does not seem to work. Keep an eye out as big changes are coming to My Health Online (late 2008 or early 2009).

Make sure you register your email correctly with the site so you will receive notification of password changes you’ve made. Keep in a safe place. Password resets from the site are possible if you’ve registered your child’s social security number with us. If not please contact us for a password reset. Sorry for the inconvenience.
