We did change vendors to get more features and better reliability with our online secure portal. We had lots of problems with our old vendor with messages being very delayed or not sent at all. Also signing up previously required filling out paperwork in our office. Accounts can now be created online.

Unfortunately you do need to create new account for each child. Sign up in the child's name. Accounts can be linked so that once signed into one account you can quickly jump to other child's account. Currently we offer appointment requests, prescription request, ask a staff or provider and online bill pay through our new portal. At this time it does not directly integrate with our electronic medical record so viewing health information is not yet available. Any information can be requested securely through the portal. For more information on our new portal visit: http://www.childhoodhealth.com/clinic-information/patientportal

I used to sign in to look at my child's information, and set appointments. But I can't get on and it say's we don't have an account. Did this clear out the old information, and do I need to start all over?

Thanks for the help.
