Now accepting new patients

With the winter rush behind us we are now again open to new patients. We accept almost all insurances (except Care Oregon, Kaiser Health Plan, and Tricare). Our office takes care of pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old. Call us during office hours at (503) 364-2181 to register.
To save time you can fill out and print our registration form and medical history form and bring both to your first visit.
